the riad provided a printed map upon arrival this was helpful i also enjoyed the hammam and massage treatments at the spa each suite in our party was lovely the el bacha suite stood out i liked it a lot
the pool did not feel heated enough for swimming comfortably

helpful staff spacious suite delicious food
the staff were very friendly and helpful. i had a suite that was quite spacious and well-decorated. location was excellent.. just a short walk to the main attractions. the restaurant's food was delicious, especially the lamb shank.
the breakfast lacked a moroccan feel. it was quite basic with limited options.

The room included air conditioning which maintained a consistent temperature. i especially appreciated the cleanliness of the bathroom. It featured a rainfall shower.. it was quite refreshing. the hotel offered complimentary wifi throughout the premises, this allowed me to stay connected.

This hotel really impressed me. I was greeted with maps with useful information marked! The spa is great. I tried hammam and massage treatments and the experience was great. Our El Bacha suite was lovely and spacious!
The breakfast options seemed limited to me. I wished there was a wider variety of Moroccan options.

excellent location helpful staff spacious room warm duvet
The location was excellent for exploring local attractions. The staff assisted with luggage from the taxi. The room was spacious and featured tasteful decoration. The provided duvet kept us very warm during the night.
The pool temperature could have been warmer it was only mildly heated.

The riad offers a rooftop terrace with multiple seating areas. Guests can relax on sun loungers. There are two cute turtles that roam the hotel adding to the charm. It is easy to reach in the evenings by taxi.

The on-site restaurant served delicious meals. We ordered the ravioli and lamb shank twice. Breakfast service was good thanks to Anwar and his team. They made our breakfasts extra special each morning.

Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard. It was a pleasure to return to such a warm place after excursions. The room was like an oasis. Room 7 includes a private terrace.

the staff was acceptable in responding to my requests.
The air conditioning was insufficient. The room felt excessively warm even when set to its lowest temperature. furthermore, the breakfast options felt limited (i anticipated more local cuisine). i also found the bathroom fittings to be outdated. The shower head released water unevenly.
